xserver doesn't start

Hi.
I've installed Mandrake 9.1 for a friend of mine and after a succesfully installation the xserver doesn't start:

Code:
execve failed for /etc/X11/X (errno 2)
I haven't configured it during the install process...
I tried with xf86config and all the settings seems correct...
KDE and windowmaker are installed.
Video card is Matrox G550 DualHead

Should some1 help please??

Off course!
I've tried typing startx, startkde or also startwindowmaker.
With startx after the error I've posted, there was few other lines reporting errors about xinit.

KDE and Windowmaker don't find the xserver running.
Tnx

The problem is fixed now...all works!!
It was caused by the DualHead that hangs for a wrong configuration...
I'm a slackware user and in mandrake things goes quite different...
Tnx Again
