X includes : what, and where ?

I'm trying to install Krusader 1.30 on my Mdk 10 Community. It used to work fine on my 9.1.

I've tried the latest RPM I could find, and it failed to install.

Then I downloaded the source, and tried ./configure

I get the following output :

checking for X... configure: error: Can't find X includes. Please check your installation and add the correct paths!

Can anyone try to explain to me what that means ? I'm not sure about what I should be looking for, and where...

I've been looking in previous threads, and there was one suggestion to instal xfree86-devel package : I have that already.
