Hello,

I just set up a dual boot xp/Mandrake 10 on my new HP Pavillion zv5160 notebook.

I've got almost everything working with mandrake so far, but haven't been able to get online. I have a Broadcom 54g MaxPerformance 802.11g wireless network adapter and and realtek RTL8139 built in networkcard. Mandrake is able to see the Realtek with all the necessary info including the model type. unfortunately when i try to configure the broadcom wirless card, mandrake sees it but cant identify the model type.

I'm trying to find out how to make it work. I would be glad if anyone could help me.

Well I finally found a way to get my wireless card working. this solution would help anyone in a smilar situation. I googled a lot and got to this page www.linuxant.com.
