where is grub.conf?

When I installed, I chosed LILO (by mistake)...and so I later switch to grub as bootloader...but I want to customize it somehow too...and I can't find grub.conf...not in /etc/ nor /boot/grub/

Anyone tell me where the heck it is?

Look for menu.lst in those directories, that's a link to grub.conf on my system.
