Where can I get the Mandrake Kernel Source code?

I have installed Mandrake 10.1 Community, but the CD's I have do not seem to have the RPM files for the Kernel Source code.

I believe I need:

kernel-source-2.6.2.6.8.1-10mdk.i586.rpm

The nearest I can find on the internet is on the site:

http://mirrors.kernel.org/mandrake/M...86/media/main/

This is

kernel-source-2.6-2.6.8.1-24mdk.i586.rpm

Are the release numbers important. Can I use 24mdk if I need 10mdk. If not does anyone know where I can get it?

You should be able to URPMI the correct version of the kernel source.

Thanks, but how would I go about doing that?

The other problem is that I do not have a modem working in Linux yet....

I now have it thanks.

I typed:

URPMI kernel-source

It asked for a CD and installed it without a problem. Strange how the RPM package did not appear in the RPM installer on the KDE menu....
