Whats this iso I found?

Whats this iso I found at PSU. It's about 481Mb.

ftp://carroll.cac.psu.edu

/pub/linux/distributions/mandrake/iso/.Mandrake92-cd1-inst.i586.isoS34xms

OH! I see its getting bigger! This must be the beginning of the release of the 9.2 iso's to non Mandrake club members.
