Web Server, 2005 LE vs 10.1

A few questions,

1. What is a good choise for distro version to install? 2005 LE or 10.1

2. Installing Webmin,Perl,ASP,PHP,CGI,Mysql & FontPage and distro requirments ( no fancy desktop and so forth ), on a 120GB HD whats would be the best partion setup if I was to use /var to hold all my webdata and bud's files

3. What file system is recomended for this?

Also reserve some space for swap (about twice your RAM size)

will I have to increase the " / " partion based on the total rpm install packages size?

Yes, of course.I would recomend that you leave at least 2GB to the / so that you don't have to resize it in the future
