Video Capture with Mdk 10 and nVidia 5800 with VIVO

I searched google but there wasn't much that was clear. I'm trying like heck to cure my addiction to Windows XP's movie maker and that lasted WMV format.
Anyway... What should I use to capture autio and video on Mandrake? I'm guessing I can use the motherboard's own autio inputs for the audio source. The video card does indeed have video capture capabilities, I made suere of that before i ordered it.
Any input is appreciated!
