Hey. I am having a SERIOUS problem. I run Mandrake 10.1 and wanted to update my KDE 3.2 to 3.4, so I took URPMI and typed urpmi kdebase. It begins download etc.... Suddenly my connection breaks down and after a few seconds it comes back, but the download doesnt resume. So I kill urpmi, and type urpmi kdebase again. It begins the download from where it left.... now after it downloaded and installed the PERL 5 packages the damned connection went down again. I killed URPMI, then typed the same. To my surprise this error appeared;

I tried URPMI force, MCC everything, but still nothing works. Any clues?
First, remember Google's your ally! Now, the following RPMs can be found in RPMFind.net or anyother site that offers RPMs (I myself just looked for the RPM file name in Google and it directed me to the correct page):
(For newbies, to execute a RPM file you open a terminal, cd (directory/where/downloaded and type rpm -Uhv filename.rpm , I prefeer to just copy the filename of the RPM file and paste it there)
I do not remember if that is the exact order, but remember to first download the files, if it tells you that certain depency is missing, then look at the filename and check if you downloaded the RPM and install that RPM first.
Hopefully, this will be helpful to someone.... but now I got a HardDrake segmentation fault (not caused by this though... my connection got cut off again and it screwed HardDrake, now time to fix this!).
Excellent fix. This is one of those "rare to happen" "painful to fix" things. Would you consider writing this up and posting it in the Tutorials section? I think it would be a useful entry (not all of them have to be long!) and would make it easy to find for others and for you (in case it happens again).
