URPMI Adding Sources Error

While trying to add some sources I have experienced problems with all of them except the "plf" one. I get the following error with most servers I try
rsync error: some files could not be transferred (code 23) at main.c(636)
can anyone tell me what it means. I can post more if you need it.

I think the problem was that all the 9.2 mirrors were down - they still are. As a solution im using the 10.0 mirrors - I hope it shouldnt make too much of a difference.

Boffy, I wouldn't use the 10.0 mirrors for 9.2, take a look at...wait, I'll list the mirrors I just used today to update my sources. They are updated and accessable. *Note that I will leave a space between "ftp: and //ftp" so it won't come up as a link.
