Uninstall wine?

I have a newer version of wine that I hope will run what I want.... Problem is, I can't figure out how to uninstall the old version of wine to install the new one. I originally installed using rpm, and when I try doing the -e it just complains about breaking dependencies.

Anyone know what I should do?

go to Configuration>>Packaging>>Remove Software (in the menus)

the list it shows you is everything installed.
You can uninstall Wine from there.
