Unable to use urpmi after update

Hi guys,

I ran `urpmi --auto --auto-select` in one of my mandriva vservers and it seemed to work fine (listed packages to get and such) but now when I try to use urpmi, i get the following error

'[root@ucamon1 /]# urpmi
syntax error at /usr/sbin/urpmi line 406, near "} @l"
BEGIN not safe after errors--compilation aborted at /usr/sbin/urpmi line 843.
'

I am not sure why the command would need to be compiled at all and I have no idea what to do at this point.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, I removed the @l from the line in question and the program now runs. I'm sure this will bite me later but it seems to be working as a quick fix
