trouble installing mandrake 9.1 freezing during installation
 

I am trying to install Mandrake 9.1 on my xp machine. I have a 160 gig western digital hard drive partitioned into a 20 gig ( for xp) 40 gig (for mandrake) and the rest for storage.
As I am trying to install mandrake, it freezes at different points of the installation. Sometimes it will freeze when it is formating the space, sometimes it will freeze during the installation. I know that the cd's are good because I used them to install on a 20 gig machine for school. I have tried looking at google for a possible solution.

Sound like bad memory...or not enough power from your transformer box.
