Thread management in mandrake


I am wondering if someone could forward on to me some information on how mandrake handels thread management?

Just search around the net for how Linux handles threads. eg. http://www.tldp.org/FAQ/Threads-FAQ/ Any info that applies to modern versions of the Linux kernel and glibc equally applies to modern versions of Mandriva. This answer is the same for your other question about deadlocks too.
