I have Suse 9.1 personal it's O.k but it has no "GCC" "MAKE" etc
I can't get many files on my system, only RPMS

Stable enough
GCC
Gphoto
Gtkam (for Gphoto)
DigiKam
Mplayer
some good games
Easy install
DVB Kernal (may be easer to set up my Nova-t Happauge, I no it takes a year or so )
Good Big Kernel

Stable: Check
GCC: Check
Gphoto: Check
Gtkam: Unsure. prolly on one of the disks somewhere or on the web, i'd have to check sometime.
DigiKam: as Gtkam
Mplayer: Seen it somewhere, have to check.
What do you consider to be good games?
Easy install: Definately check. powerful yet simple, and fast too.
DVB Kernel: not heard of that term before. i'd check Mandrakelinux.com for that one.
Good big Kernel: yup, it won't fit on a single floppy anymore since 9.2.
Distribution: Mac OS X Leopard 10.6.2, Windows 2003 Server/Vista/7/XP/2000/NT/98, Ubuntux64, CentOS4.8/5.4

Rep:
I am using Mandrake 10.1 official and I actually am not happy with it. Let me list the problems for you:
1) konqueror does not work. This is Mandrake's fault and it is a common problem. Read the mandrakeclub.com forums and you will see
2) USB problems with KDE. Again, read the Mandrakeclub forum and you will see.
3) Something about how it runs processes is not right. In Mandrake 9.1, I ran Folding@home in the background and it ran fine. If I run folding@home in the background in 10.1, it takes literally 2 hours for it to compute 1%. It makes no sense
4) xawtv and kdtv do not work for me. It automatically reboots my computer. I cannot watch TV in Linux, but it worked fine in 9.1 and it works fine in Windows XP.
5) eth0 always fails during start up. I have to manually connect to the internet by running this network icon on the lower right corner of my screen.
But anyway, to answer your questions:
Stable enough - generally, yes
GCC - yes
Gphoto - don't know
Gtkam (for Gphoto) - don't know
DigiKam - don't know
Mplayer - you can URPMI it, I"m sure. But they have a better player called Kaffeine. I actually like it better than mplayer.
some good games - they have tux racer and all that. you can always download more free linux games.
Easy install - yes, install was easy I admit.
DVB Kernal (may be easer to set up my Nova-t Happauge, I no it takes a year or so ) - Don't know
Good Big Kernel - yes
Just to address the issues some of the other two responses raised:
mplayer is on the cd for 10.0 at least.
I have heard some similar stories about 10.1 and konqueror etc not working from other forums. To play it safe go for 10.0, I haven't had any problems except when I tried to upgrade my kernel.
I, too, have version 10.0 installed and I have not found any major problems, although I have to manually start eth0 any time I reboot my system. I have found it is a stable system, with a lot of good software available off the CD's.

Do it. I've installed 10.1 Official on a whitebox desktop and on my Thinkpad and it's fine. Not perfect, but fine. GTKam is available via urpmi, as is mplayer, etc. Not sure what you mean by DVB Kernel.
Also, Konquerer works OK for me, but for web stuff I installed Firefox. In general it's fast and stable.
