Hi again. Does mandrake work on Intel P4 processors , AMD Athlon ,AMD 64 , The /mac processor and the other AMD one or just AMD64??? And does the processor speed matter because im thinking of upgradeing my computer. By the way If anyone wants a new computer do it my way.

3.0Ghz P4 Processor $280 CND
80 Gb Hd from old comp. $ Free USD
and all other stuff like Ram$Free CND
TOTAL $380 for a new 3. Ghz computer

Long answer, yes, but there are also specific distro's for each processor available...

e.g. one for the Mac

One for the AMD64
One for the AMD's and P4's

The fast the processor and other components, the fast the response... but the more memory the merrier.
