system fonts messed up after updating MDK10

After updating MDK 10 my system fonts (everything) now have a space between each one.How/where do I correct this.

My first time with Linux. Would appreciate any help.

It appears that the font your system (KDE? Gnome?) tries to use is missing. Try to change your system fonts to those you have (they are usually listed with preview in the appropriate app).

I figured it out. Went to Configure Desktop and selected a different font for under 'adjust all fonts'.
