Switching to Mandrake9.1

so from what ive read 9.1 is solid... im thinkin that maybe i can dl a version of 9.1 that has most of what i want... i cant do much on linux and i need it to take over the basic functions of windows while i learn about it.. anyone know where i can dl a complete 9.1... all the supposed distros ive tried dling os far haven't booted...

If you cannot find an official site to download, you maybe could try to download it with a p2p program (like xMule or so)
