Some Gnome applets don't follow Selected Theme

EDIT:
The solution was a full reboot, simply restarting Gnome and X doesn't work.

Hello Folks,

On Mandrake 10 Official, I am logged into the gnome desktop and many, but not all, of the applets refuse to use anything but the "Galaxy" theme. I tried removing the applets in question, logging out, logging back in and adding them over again, but it did not work. I've tried several themes, even the "Default" gnome theme. I have also tried removing the panels themselves and restarting gnome-panel. Here are examples (not comprehensive) of which applets are doing what:

Follow Theme:
Menu Bar
Clock
Any Launchers
The Gnome Panels themselves

Still Using Galaxy:
Weather
Battery
Task List
Task Menu
Show Desktop Button
Workspaces

Thanks for the help
