Setting up modules to load on boot up
 

I was wondering how to setup a module to load on boot up in Mandrake.

basically i'm trying to get an nvidia module to load by default.

I think i remember reading something about putting the module in in one of the startup flies rc.*
also editing the modules.conf file

To the rest out there ,correct me if im wrong and ill learn a thing or 2 today :)

Put it in /etc/modules.conf. Alias name of module, where name of module is the module you want to start.
