Samba Share problem with Windows Vista

Hello,

My current file sever is running mandriva and it has 1.4 TB worth of space in its raid 5 configuration. The raid 5 is setup as a software raid.

The problem is my Samba share worked fine with my windows Xp machines. The windows Xp machine saw the share fine and worked great, however it never did report the file size properly it always saw it as a 36GB share howerver it would copy well over that amount to the share as it really was 1.4 TB. The problem is I have upgraded one of my windows XP machines to Windows Vista and windows vista seems to do some kind of space check before copying files. So when i try to copy files over to my file server now it says it does not have enough space becuase it see's or thinks the samba share is only 36GB. I am currently running Samaba 2.2.x and have thought about moving to Samba version 3.0 however i was just wondering if there was any easy fixes for this before i make the upgrade to Samba 3.0 as 2.2.x has been running fine untill now.

I would also like to note that I can copy small files from the windows Vista box to the linux file server just fine, but any larger files fails and gives me the out of space error. So this is not a authentication issue.
