How can I install Remote desktop to access my linux server
from a windoze pc ?

Linux server: Mandrake 10.0
What packages need to be installed,
how do they need to be configurred ?

you use rdesktop to connect to Windows Terminal Services ... not viceversa. to connect to a Linux system from windows, you can use VNC. Alternatively, you can use a XWindows server for windows - XWin32, etc. to connect to linux ... this is not a very secure way though.
