python development (python.h)


I want to install python development... is there an rpm for that?

have you try:
urpmi pyt
and in the list is something like: python-dev ( i think, bud do not remember. I did it an hour ago )

isn't it libpython2.3-devel?
i will known exactly maybe 5 hours later, after i install it myself.
but if you want it so much, just have a look at www.python.org - i think you'll find there ansvers on your questions

do not be afraid of this query. the link show another site


or try to write in google python.h python[your version].
I have noticed, that SUSE has src.rpm for python. I think, it shall work.
