protect lilo boot prompt

while booting up press "escape"we can go to lilo prompt.after that ,we can change passwd.i should not allow others to change the,what should i do??pls.

in lilo.conf add the line:
below each linux entry and then change permissions to 600 so only root can read it.
EDIT: of course, change 'foobar' to the password you want!
