Please, I dont want to sound rude, do a google search, you also dont have to wait for somebody to answer your question.
ISO files are cd images, though winrar(i assume you are using windows), recognises it, you are not supposed to unarchive it. Use a proper CD burning software like nero to burn an image onto a cd.
Eg. In nero,I think it is under recorder->burn cd image.
Thanks for the reply, although I had literally found the solution right after I posted it. I downloaded a cd burning freeware, and figured it out from there.
