Problem With MLDonkey GUI


Whe I start MLDonkey GUI It will connect and I will search and then click download. The only problem is when I click on the downloads tab I continusly says waiting... FOR HOURS. Please help. Why wont it work???

It is working fine, but whatever you are downloading is just taking time. Sometimes this happens with p2p applications, you obviously have to try to download from the largest number of sources when you get back your search results. Also make sure you have enabled other plugins like Gnutella, soulseek, fasttrack e.t.c.

How do I enable all the plugins and how do I install more. Also it says its connected to 4 out of 38 sources is that bad?

The problem is that I don't use MLDonkey-gui, I use KMLDonkey which even though does the same job, it does it differently. I think MLDonkey has all the plugins built in and all you need to do is tick them to enable. When you go into the configuration menu, you need to increase the number of servers you can connect to, that way the speed of your downloads may continue.

Take a look at the documentation at the mldonkey.net website.
