Problem installing Labtec WebCam Mandriva 2008

I am having difficulty installing a Labtec WebCam under Mandriva 2008. Firstly, it was not recognised by the Hardware Detection process.
I then downloaded dkms-gspcav1 and tried to install it and received "Bad Signatures" warnings.

What I really need is a blow by blow "HowTo" with this webcam.
Webcams have been around for a long time now and it is strange not to see a reference to them in Mandriva's otherwise excellent MCC.

This webcam is USB? what do you get when you type, as root, lsusb?

Did you download the Labtec modules and apply it against the kernel?
