I can't move to virtual console

The fonts disappear and show then the mouse move on them.

Kdm don't do anything and I start the computer in console but gdm work.

In kdm I can't see text at all, moving with the mouse don't change that.

I can't add hebrew layout.

What is missing?

Nothing. Cooker is the unreleased development version of Mandriva. It is for people who want to work with the Mandriva software developers to debug and add new features to the next release. Actually, I'm using the cooker which is up to version 2007 and I haven't found it to be the least bit buggy.
First thing I would try is to run the update tool. After that, I would make sure xorg is ok by running the command: XFdrake

That is Cooker though isn't it? It becomes 2007 when they release it? Anyway it might be stable at the moment but people will make changes that break stuff, it is a developers play-thing after all. Still if it works for you that's good, I'm trying to install it on a Qemu VM at the moment but aren't having much luck.
