Problem downloading rpms

Here's an interesting problem. When I try to download an rpm file Real Player Launches! What's with that? Mozilla 1.7.3. "error, requested file not found. The link you followed may be outdated or inaccurate. (file:///home/ray/helper)". There's no such file and it does this on amazon.com while trying to use RealPlayer.

In the about:plugins section of Mozilla you'll see that a RealPlayer Plugin Metafile has the extension 'rpm'. Single clicking on a rpm installation file will open RealPlayer.
When downloading rpms for installation, probably best to do a right click 'save link target as'.
