Phillips SAA7133/7134 card wont work

I have a Phillips SAA7133/7134 tv in card and I cant get it to work. I am using Mandrake 10.0 and modprobe bttv worked properly. I think it is install properly, this is what lsmod says:

Code:
bttv 149548 0
video-buf 21668 1 bttv
i2c-algo-bit 10504 1 bttv
v4l2-common 7136 1 bttv
btcx-risc 5704 1 bttv
i2c-core 24292 2 bttv,i2c-algo-bit
videodev 10400 1 bttv
When I open TvTime, it just opens a blue window that says "No Signal".

I found a site with instructions to get the bttv drivers loaded, and there is a part that says "...you need a few entries in the file /etc/conf.modules to load the modules automatically". I cant find /etc/conf.modules. I read somewhere that it is different in Mandrake, but I dont know where it is. Does anyone have any Ideas?
