patch of kernel source ?

Hello,

I installed the kernel 2.6.8.1-24mdk from a rpm.
Now I need the source. But kernel-2.6.8.1.24mdk.src.rpm gave me the source for 2.6.8.1, plus this file: linux-2.6.8.1-q24.tar.bz2
How do I get the 2.6.8.1-24mdk sources from this?

Note : I allready posted under thread 315346 (http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...h&pagenumber=5 ), but my question was neither clear, neither in the right place, so again here...
