Unhappy Nvidia driver install on Mandriva 10.2 how to??

Im trying to get NVIDIA driver installed on my version of Mandriva 2005Le and I could use a little help, some pointers in easy to understand steps please. P.S. I,m not into the technical stuff too much yet.

google for `installing nvidia drivers', go to the page on nvidia.com.

Check http://www.nvidia.com/object/unix.html. You probably want Linux IA32, unless you have an AMD chip or a 64bit system. The link provides the script and instructions.

but generally Daleks one should carry you through OK

Dont use KWrite to edit the conf files
