nVidia AMD64 Driver does not install

I'm running:

-AMD 64 3400+
-ASUS KV8 SE
-1 GB RAM
-SATA Hard Drive
-nVidia Ti 4600
-Mandrake 10 for the AMD 64

I'm very new at running Linux and it's giving me quite a headach. For the most part my computer is all setup but I have not yet been able to install the nVidia 64 bit drivers. The first problem I has was it couldn't find 'modversions.h' and I tryed make config & make dep, but that didn't work, so then I searched for it and copyed it into the correct folder.

Now it will begin to build but the log says that "Development Kernels not supported". I've tryed the Debian installer but that does not seem to work either. I also downloaded the update to 2.6.3-13, but I'm not sure if it is actually installed and running or the source is just sitting there. Does any one have any idea how to fix this, or what am I doing wrong?

Note: I'll post the complete nVidia Installer log as soon as I'm able to.
