No Minimize Restore Button

Hi Guys & Gals
Ihave a problem no miniimize Or restore button it was there last login but not now. now have a + & x (sticky & close) Diistro Mandrake 9.1< Desktop KDE, HELP PLEASE

kde control center ->look'n feel -> window decorations. You should be able to get the buttons back by going to the buttons tab.
