mozilla cut/copy and paste problem

For some reason I cannot copy/cut and paste (KDE Klipper) into mozilla other then within mozilla itself. Has anyone encountered this problem and know of a fix? Shouldn't I be able to cut/copy and paste between all applications? TIA

Did you try doing it with the edit menu.

Thanks. I though this was a KDE or X problem given all the other things that are not working with them. I also didn't know there was a seperate mozilla list. I guess I need to look around more.

Actually, have you tried using the keyboard to paste instead of right clicking? I use ctrl-c to copy and ctrl-v to paste. It works everytime. I noticed that paste never showed up when copying between Mozilla and other programs but the above keys worked fine (except to paste into console shell).
