Mouse recorder?

Hi everyone.

Lately I've been searching for a mouse recorder/macro program for mandrake but I haven't found a single one.. Can you tell me of any programs that are able to record actions and play them repeatedly?

Thanks in advance!

Why not build your own program??? This task seams perfect for that

Do you know any programming language??

You will need to study X11 Aplication Programming Interface in order to do that, but with a custom program the sky is the limit.

I guess that would be the best, but with my (very limited I may add) skills with C#, I don't think it'll be done :)

How about:

cat /dev/mouse > mouserecord

cat mouserecord > /dev/mouse

:)

Just to remember C# does not exist under linux. This is a windows only programming language. You may want to learn python, c, c++ or pascal.

EDIT: Just remembered mono can compile c# ^^

The task is fairly easy, the only problem being the time is consumes.
