Modify Actions on Right Click

When you right click and go to the actions menue there are a lot of commands, I want to modify whats listed there. 1 for knowledge, 2 because I've opened K3B a bunch of times instead of extract to current dir, and it pissing me off.

Start --> ControlCenter --> Desktop --> Behaviour
