Modem ess 2838/2839

Hi!
Anyone has the proper drivers for that WinModem?
The one I got from Linmodems is compiled with GCC 2 and I run GCC 3 in Mandrake 9.2. So it gives me an error, it cannot use GCC 3

Thanks

Richard

try http://phep2.technion.ac.il/linmodem.../msg04424.html

It seems to be good for you...
I will try it within few days, too, so I will inform about the results ;-)

Please don't forget to inform here about results ;-)
Because it's little confusing for me that I placed here not checked link :/
regards Mart

Hi! I tried to compile but nothing! buch of errors.

I saw this in the read me file:
Console, callout device and proc fs support are disabled for now.

How do I disable them?? maybe it's why I get so many errors:
