MDK 10 with SCSI emulation

I was a long time Windows user on the desktop. For several months I have been using and loving Xandros. I decided to give MDK 10 a go and was amazed with the speed.

However, after loading in Crossover Office, I still could not get Exact Audio Copy to work, as it did under X-over in Xandros. It errors with an ASPI error.

I looked up and down on Google, and nothing seemed to resolve my problem.

I think the problem is that in Xandros, my CDRW is /dev/scsi/host0... and in MDK 10, it is /dev/ide/....

So when EAC starts up in Xandros, it sees a SCSI CDRW, but in Mandrake, it errors since it can not find a SCSI device.

Ideal solution, is there an alternat kernel to boot that includes SCSI emulation right from the intsall?
