I can't get Konqueror to permanently hide the bookmarks toolbar when used for internet browser. I had no problem with MDK 10 keeping the toolbar hid. Where is the config file for Konqueror to manually edit this out?
Open Konqueror as a web browser and go to your homepage. Close the bookmarks tab. Hit 'settings' on the top menu bar and go to 'save view profile'. If it's not already set to 'webbrowsing' make it so, then check both the 'save URL' & 'save window size' in profile.
Should do the trick.
