It's on cd-4 which was only available to club members. You can get around that by going to this site:

and follow the instructions for setting up a "main", "contrib" and a "plf" source for urpmi. I think all you really need is "main" for kdeedu but the others are nice to have. Once the sources are added, you will have access to all the rpms on these repositories which will be displayed in the mdk package manager. The selected packages will be automatically downloaded from the site along with any dependencies if you choose to install any of them on the remote depositories.
