Mandriva RC can be updated to final release?
 
if i install mandriva RC, can it be updated to final release later without reinstalling?

I have always done so in the past. Unless they have changed things then, Yes you can.

new release needs new installation.

What?? You ask a question, get an answer, then attempt to answer it yourself (incorrectly I might add) you don't have to do a fresh install.

Since my word isn't good enough, even though I've said I have done so in the past. You show me documentation that it can't be upgraded and prove me wrong.

I've upgraded Mdv from versions 2009 thru 2010.2 on my netbook without doing a fresh install. It can be done.

I use the Control Center to remove old repository sources and add the latest...

I install Macbuntu 11.04 64bit.
it is nice, i hope i will use it for long time.;)
