Mandriva LE wont boot?


So I just installed Mandriva 10.2 and on the boot it says "Critical temperature reached (17 C), Shutting down. um thats like 63 degrees... anyone know how to fix that?

What says that? the BIOS? is this before or after the Mandrake splash screen?

Mandriva says it. Its right in the middle of the boot up sequince. where mandrake is going throught that checklist process. Someone said something about turning ACPI off or something like that, but i dont know how to do that.

Edit the file /etc/lilo.conf and change 'acpi=ht' to 'acpi=off' for the entry with the label 'linux'.

As root run the command 'lilo' and then reboot.

acpi wasnt iven in there, a few hours ago i put it in and it worked. Thank you anwyays.
