Mandriva and Toshiba A70 s256

I have a Toshiba A70 s256 laptop with an ATI Mobility Radeon 9000 graphics card and an Atheros integrated wireless adapter.

I've checked Linux for Laptops and a couple of other sites (including the Mandriva HCL page) and haven't gotten a "warm fuzzy" that Mandriva will work.

What I'm wondering is has anyone reading this had some experience with this system with Mandriva? If Mandriva will work with the hardware listed, I'll figure out how to set it up but I haven't seen anything that says whether everything is compatible. I'll need the 1280x800 display and a functionung wireless connection.
