Angry Mandriva and Graphic Card


I've just installed Mandriva 10.1 and have a problem..... I installed it on my AMD first because it's fater. then transfered the hrddsi to my Pentium 3, 256mb ram.

it boots up. but no xwindows.

when i type startx i get :

Fatal server error:
no screens found

anyway of fixing this ?

When I got this error, I typed xconf at the prompt and it automatically configured my video settings. Then it should say, use startx again.

(This from a Linux virgin who's just had loads of probs.) But I'm getting there!
