Mandriva 2006 sound problem
I was getting sound until I plugged in my webcam with mic.
Now the only thing to show up on kmix is the usb mic in the webcam.
How do I get kmix to default back to my Audigy soundcard.

Not sure if this will work, but I think it is worth a try:
Open Kmix.
Select the Switches tab.
Click the mic select drop down list (to the right) and choose a different mic (e.g.: if mic1 is currently selected, try mic2, etc.).

Solved (sort of)
Next time I rebooted, kmix sorted itself out.
