(End of Life) Policy, Mandriva Linux 2006 will not be receiving security
updates as of April 13th, 2007.

I haven't used Mandriva regularly, but it's only been 1 year and they are cutting support already? Does this affect paying customers, who have silver/gold membership? It seems like a hassle to have to upgrade every year just to get support and updates. Very odd
