Go to the source: http://www.mandrakelinux.com/en/ftp.php3#move as they say "this is the new version of Mandrakelinux Move Download Edition!"

Because of the way Mandrake programs their php, you may have to click the [Download] link near the top of the page to get to the list of download mirrors, then click the move link

Yup the 10.0 is there, but it's basically a DEMO version and is CRIPPLED!
VERY VERY "anti-linux" IMHO.
It's crippled in that the files, programs and configuration needed to enable saving the current setup and user home directories to ANY media are disabled or removed.
This versions is no more than a demo.
Mandrake should have left this in, but at worst required boot time parameters etc, if their intent was to foster the sales of their retail product.
Even 10.1 community gives you an almost complete distro, although I don't believe that Mandrake should omit including the ATI and NVIDIA rpm's as they do now. Their absense have been the source of countlesss troubles for people trying out 10.1 CE.
Anyway forget the MMove 10. download edition, it's pretty worthless unless you merely want to see how it runs.
Otherwise you'll end up reconfiguring everything every single time you boot up with it.
If you want a Mandrake based distro that does save it's data to a USB key and can even run from a USB key see the SAM release.... and it's free.

Honestly, just spend a few minutes working your way through the site and you'll get where you want. And no, you don't have to pay money, they have an option for "Im already a member or I'll join later" and you can go right to the download page.
But I did your work for you

Eh, isn't this the "crippled" version that cannot save or load the configuration information from the USB drive(s)?
Have you tried this to see?

Eh, because Mandrake SELLS it, but does not distribute it as a freeware item.
