Mandrake Ftp Install??
 

Does anyone know a ftp server that uses ftp installs?? I keep getting errors in the install saying cannot locate mdkinst_stage2.bz2 but I see the file there I dunno any suggestions?? oh and I don't have a burner so I need ftp install.. Thanks

I've never done an ftp install, but one time I made a boot floppy and install from hard disk which is much much faster than installing from cd or ftp. If you can't burn a cd you should go this route.

Thanks for the help.. Any noobz like me that have trouble with this it is tricky to learn, but easy once it goes.. I used :

ftp:
216.92.2.141
/Mandrakelinux/official/10.0/i586

as long as u type it exact like that it should work. if u prperly configured your networkcard as well..
