Buying software as a delivered "package" over the internet and with a credit card may be a dangerous thing to do. On Feb 8th we ordered and paid for a software package, and received a prompt response saying that the order "had been shipped"
Checked with UPS, not so says UPS ! Never picked up. Tried this two more times, same thing, and after 12 e-mails from "customer service "personel, repeating that it had been shipped, still NOT TRUE !! Finally on Feb 23 , Mandrake Store: CANCELLED THE BILLING INFORMATIOM !!!!!! Just puchased a new system, have installed the "trial" version of 10.1 and it works well, BUT it needs the full program for some drivers and more.

Now I'm phoning Mandrake in California. They will not reply.

Is Mandrake in financial trouble? Companies that act this way, usually are.
